Because having a friend who won’t
let you ghost yourself is kind of... everything.

The “I Swear I’m Working On It” Weekly Check-In

You don’t need me to come to your house.

You don’t need a new organizing method.

You don’t need to “try harder.”

You need a tiny, consistent structure that keeps you moving.  With a real person on the other end who will notice if you “dip” or “ghost” or otherwise vanish into the back of the closet and never come out.

That’s what this is.

If you’re someone who can absolutely do the work and slowly but surely, bit by bit, declutter and organize your home yourself but you do better when someone’s expecting an update (and can answer a quick question when you get stuck)?

Welcome to your “I Swear I’m Working On It” Weekly Check-In.

The best thing you could do to bring peace to your home that doesn’t involve peel-and-stick wallpaper.

Yep. I'm in!

You in?

Not because you suddenly become a different person with endless motivation and willpower …
…but because you’re not doing this in isolation anymore.

You’ve got a rhythm.

You’ve got someone expecting your update.

You’ve got a place to bring the “wait… what do I do with this?” moments.

And all of that keeps you going instead of spiraling or stalling or shoving everything back in the closet and pretending like you’ll deal with it “someday.”

Your emails are private. What you say in them is not getting shared with anyone, anywhere.

I don’t screenshot them. I don’t “use them for content.” This is an “in the vault” situation.

What happens in the check-in stays between you and me.

Confidentiality

Here’s how it works

Every Sunday, you’ll get an email from me.

The subject line will say “I've got 3 questions.”
So you can spot it instantly.

Inside, I’ll ask you these 3 questions:

  • What did you work on in your space this week (and how did it go)?

  • What are you working on next week (and when)?

  • Anything else you want to share — a win, a question, or just a quick life update?

You hit reply with your answers.

Quick and dirty style. This is not something you spend more than 10 minutes on. Bullet points are fine. You’re not writing your TED talk here.

If you’re stuck, you can literally just say: “Viv, here’s my situation. What would you do?” and I’ll help you pick your next move.
Every Monday and Tuesday, I sit down and read your reply. And I reply back.

What’s in my reply?

  • A high five. Because you will totally downplay your progress, and I’m not gonna let you do that.

  • A gentle nudge if you’re discouraged or overwhelmed. (If you want a kick in the pants, you can request it, but you should know that while I’m not afraid to kick some cans when necessary, I really prefer summer-camp to boot-camp. Mostly because of the s’mores. But also because I personally don’t like being yelled at.)

  • My expert guidance when you’re not sure what your best move is. Because when everything feels like too much, I know that a few smart questions can cut through the chaos and give you a clear, doable next step.

That’s it. That’s the deal.

We’re turning “I’m working on it” into a paper trail.

Simple. Yet shockingly effective.

Why it works?

Because knowing what to do is not the same as doing it.

Especially when you’re tired, busy, and your clutter isn’t the only thing screaming for attention.

This weekly check-in works because:
  • You know that someone is expecting your update. And that tiny expectation is powerful.

  • You have skin in the game. Skin that goes beyond really wanting to be able to breathe in your own home. Paying for the kind of support you need makes it real. And tells your brain just how serious about this you are

  • You start noticing your own progress. In a real “I’m actually doing it” way.

  • You make a plan you can’t pretend you didn’t make. “I’ll get to it when I get to it” turns into “Wednesday after work.”

  • You get a place to put your thoughts. The questions, the mini celebrations, the “why is this so hard?” moments. Over time, these emails become a record of what you did. They’re proof that this wasn’t just a fantasy. It was work. And you did it.

  • You build momentum. And momentum is what changes your home.

Think of it as your weekly progress report… but waaay more fun.

There’s no performance review.

I’m not grading you on your “home work.”

This is me keeping you connected to your goal when life tries to steal your time and your attention.
And this is you getting a very specific kind of support that makes you keep going.

Structure.
And encouragement.
And expert eyes that are not only gonna help you see what your space can be.

Eyes that'll also notice if you disappear. 😉
Because you’re not one of hundreds of people getting an automated email.

The “I Swear I’m Working On It Weekly Check-In” is capped at 20 people.

Because I really do read every reply. And I really do pay attention. And I really do respond personally.

The investment

This is for you if you can do this yourself. But real life keeps derailing you. And having someone expecting your Sunday reply will help you stay in it.

A subscription is $60 a month.

You’ll get a welcome email from me the day you sign up. Then on Sunday, you’ll get your first official “I’ve got 3 questions.”

And then, you’ll start stacking up proof that you’re doing this thing you’ve been saying you needed to do.

FAQs

What exactly is this?

A weekly email with accountability and decluttering support.

Every Sunday you get one email with three questions.  You reply.  I reply back.

How long are my replies supposed to be?

Short. Ten minutes max. Bullet points are perfect. You don’t need to write your memoir here.

When do you respond to my reply?

I read and respond on Mondays and Tuesdays.

So be sure to get your reply in by Monday morning if you can.

What do I get from you in your reply?

A personal response that includes:
  • encouragement (because you will downplay your progress)

  • a realistic next step for whatever you’re doing next

  • feedback and troubleshooting if you’re stuck or unsure what to do with something

Is this the same as working with you live?

No. This is email-based and designed to be simple and sustainable.

If you want real-time help and deeper hands-on support, that’s what Date Night or a One-Day Sprint is for.

sign me up. I'm ready.

What if I miss a week?

Nothing terrible happens.

If you miss 2 weeks, you’ll probably get an email from me making sure you’re OK because I’ll be worried.

But try to reply every week. Even if it’s 3 sentences and one of them is an emoji.

This is about progress. Not perfection.

No judgments. No shame. No shoving stuff under the rug.

How many spots are there?

20. That’s it. Because I read every email and reply personally.

What happens after the 3 months?

You can keep going month-to-month if you want (if there’s space), or you can stop.

Either way, you’ll leave with momentum and a record of what you accomplished.

How is this different from your Date Night offer?

Date Night is a live, ongoing, weekly Zoom session where we work together in real time.

This is email-based accountability, decluttering support, and guidance. Which is perfect if you want to do the work independently, but don’t exactly want to do it alone.

Is my email confidential?

Yes. 100%. I don’t share your replies, screenshot them, or use them for content.

They stay between you and me.

What if I have a big question mid-week?

This system is designed around the weekly rhythm. If something truly pressing comes up, you can email me, but I may fold the response into my normal Monday/Tuesday reply window.

If you really can’t wait, you can book a Strategy Session and we can meet over Zoom and really get into it.

Can I get a refund?

Because I’m reserving a spot for you and doing personal weekly correspondence, this is non-refundable. (Don’t worry. I will take good care of you inside the check-in.)
