Operation Safe Harbor

THE 5-WEEK VIRTUAL HOME ORGANIZING GROUP SPRINT

You don't want your home to be a sanctuary.  You want something more than that.  You want safe harbor.  A home that anchors you in calm and sends you out into the world as your most glimmering self.

This 5-week sprint is where you finally get your home in order.

SIGN ME UP FOR FEBRUARY

SIGN ME UP FOR JANUARY

Just tell me what and where and how much.

You are smart, capable, and unstoppable.
So why do you come home and feel:

Overwhelmed by the silent chaos of your space.

Your home is overflowing with things you've accumulated over the years.  And none of it has been edited or integrated.  So now your home is feeling overloaded and you need to figure out how to deal with the things that are in your space.

You've tried donating things.  And buying bins.  And installing closet systems.   And labeling your spices.  But those surface fixes didn't solve the core problem.

Operation Safe Harbor is where you finally get to deal with your stuff.

Paralyzed by clutter.

You don't know where or how to start.  The sheer volume of things in your home and the chaos in your space makes it hard to even see a starting point.

And when you've tried to tackle something small (like a closet), you lose momentum quickly because you don't have a system or a plan or any kind of clarity on the bigger picture.

In this 5-week sprint?  You'll know exactly where to start.  And what to do.  And where you're headed every week.  You can cry if you need to or raise your fist and rage at the sky, but the group is not going to let you give up halfway through.

Emotionally stuck with your stuff.

Because it's not just "clutter."

It's identity.  And grief.  And belonging.  And all of the memories of all of the lives you've ever lived.

And so every item you touch, stirs up emotion.  Making decluttering almost impossible.  Because you're not just making decisions about your stuff. You're reliving your life every time you open a drawer.

You need someone to walk you through what to let go and what to hold tightly to. And you'll get that every week in both the group sessions and the private 1:1 sessions with Vivian.

Because you don't want to be making decisions all willy-nilly.  You want to make thoughtful, intelligent decisions based on things that matter to you in your life right now.

Exhausted, resentful, and embarrassed in your own home.

You assume you "should" be able to get your home in order.  And you're ashamed that you can't.

The thing is?  The issue isn't you.  It's not that you're not trying hard enough or don't have the willpower or the skill or the knowledge.  You're not lazy.  You're not undisciplined.

But your career is getting all of your focus, decision-making energy, and stamina.  And when you get home?  The last thing you want to do is go through your belongings, decide what to keep and what to let go of, and put everything back together so it functions.  You just don't have the mental energy or emotional capacity to take on and finish that kind of project on your own.  You're tired.  And there are other things to do.

You don't have to do it alone.  And while you'll still have to make decisions during this 5-week sprint, you won't have to come up with a plan, a system, a method of facing the ghosts of past lives that are hanging in your closet.  Vivian will do that lifting for you.  So you can do what only you can do.

Unable to find order.

You're tired of thinking about it.  You're tried of trying and failing (or giving up when it gets hard).  You're tired of living in the problem.

This is the moment things change.

"Vivian made me feel like I could do this and there's a process and there's a plan and there are steps that are going to be taken to get to the end.

She comes in and is like, one, two, three, and all of a sudden I’m like, Yeah, we CAN do this.”

What a week inside Operation Safe Harbor looks like:

DAILY:
The Group Chat + "Office Hours"

A private group on discord for you to connect with the group during the week.

To share ideas, celebrate progress, and get and give support, encouragement, and feedback.

A space to laugh together and (maybe) cry together and feel like you’re not in this alone, you’re surrounded by others who are going through the highs and lows of facing the ghosts and creating a home that feels like home.

THURSDAY:
The Project Plan

You'll receive your personalized project plan for the week:
  • what you're working on during the Saturday Group Sessions
  • specific tasks to complete
  • what to do to prepare for the Saturday Sessions

Because even though this is a group program, you’re working to accomplish your own goals for your own home.

SUNDAY TO WEDNESAY:
The Private 1:1 Virtual Organizing Zoom.

Every week you will have a private 30-minute virtual organizing session with Vivian to go over your project plan, your homework, and discuss anything that is tripping you up or that you don't want to share with the group. Personalized support so you’re never stuck or unsure what you’re doing next.

SATURDAY:
The Group Virtual Organizing Zoom.

We have 4 hours to work together every Saturday morning.  You will have your personalized project plan so you will know exactly what space you are working on this week.

We’ll pull everything out, categorize it, decide what no longer belongs in your home, and then find a proper home for the things that do.

Vivian will guide everyone through the process so that nobody is lost or off track or confused about what to do.  Everyone is working on their home, but nobody is working alone, in isolation.

This is not a course where you watch a bunch of videos and read about how to declutter and organize your home and then don’t take any actual action on what you’ve learned.

We’re not about learning. We’re about doing.

This is where you Take. Back. Your space.

Why do this as a group

INSTEAD OF 1:1

Because the power move? Isn't gritting it out alone. It's moving with a room that's already in motion. And letting that momentum carry you forward.

And also? You’re not the only brilliant woman whose space is screaming at her.  You're not the only one facing down the piles on Saturday morning.  You're not the only one feeling overwhelmed and stuck and like you might just be in over your head.

The most motivating words you'll hear when you're sorting through the stuff in the back of the closet and questioning every decision you've ever made in your life?  "Same." And, "Me too."

You get Vivian's method, her eyes, and the power of the room sprinting with you.  Where everyone's going all in. And all out. And we're getting it done. Together.

what can you accomplish
in 5 weeks?

spots are limited

Floor space.

So you can easily move through the room without having to navigate around "stuff" that's in the way.

Cabinets and cubpoards you can open, see what you want, grab what you want, and close.

Without making a mess.

Without having to hunt for things.  Or knock stuff over to get what you want. Or be frustrated that you can't find what you're looking for.

Easily engage in activities you love.

Your yoga mat is rolled out and ready for you to drop and shavasana.

Your knitting supplies are right where you can grab them.

You can be the kind of woman who gets up at 6 a.m. and goes for a run because all of your running gear is exactly where you expect it to be.

Get out the door like a grown up.

Easily grab the exact purse you want to carry to the party.

Roll your suitcase out of the closet without fighting with your toilet paper and Christmas decorations and having 487 shopping bags fall on your head.

And then pack that suitcase in record time because you know exactly where the things you need for your trip are.  You know where it lives and you can just go right there and find it.

Grab and go.  Without thinking.

A home that feels calm, serene, light.

Visual quiet.  Nothing is in your face, nagging you.

It feels like you can breathe.

For professionals who are ready to downsize, declutter, and set up their home.

So that the things that make life function are one reach away; the things that make life wonderful are ready and waiting; and you exhale when you walk in the door.

From feeling overwhelmed, indecisive, and out of control, to knowing that when you get home at the end of the day, you are pulling into safe harbor.

This isn't tidying.  It's transformation.

I'M IN!  SIGN ME UP!

CHANGE

"You made what was such an intimidating and overwhelming process so user friendly."

"Vivian is patient, gracious, and  keeps the whole process moving smoothly."

A PROCESS

"You had a framework for what these days were gonna look like.

So I'm like, okay, she's not shocked by this. She knows that this is how it goes. She's done this, Vivian's done this enough times that she knows that this is what Monday and let's say Tuesday look like.

And that by this day and this day, you're going to be in a much better place and you're gonna see light at the end of the tunnel."

PERMISSION,
NOT PRESSURE

“I thought this process was going to be about convincing me to get rid of more stuff.

But it was about showing me how to make better decisions about what I wanted to keep and why.”

A PLAN

"Vivian made me feel like I could do this and there's a process and there's a plan and there are steps that are going to be taken to get to the end.

She comes in and is like, 1, 2, 3.  And all of a sudden I’m like, Yeah, we can do this!”

The skinny, the scoop,
the things you want to know

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The investment is $1597.

This includes:
  • all 5 weeks of Group Virtual Organizing Sessions, lasting 4 hours each Saturday during the sprint.
  • 30 minutes of private, 1:1 Virtual Organizing with Vivian each week
  • the personalized project plan for your space and your goals
  • full access to the group chat where you can ask questions, get ideas, share wins, get the answers or the support you need throughout the week
  • daily access to Vivian through the "Office Hours" private chat

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE GROUP?

Each group has only 5 people.  We're keeping it small.  And intimate.  And focused.

Nobody is getting lost in the shuffle.  Everyone is in it 100%.

WILL I GET PRIVATE COACHING?

You'll get 30 minutes of private, 1:1 time with Vivian every week.  And access to the daily "Office Hours" private chat if you have questions or need some extra support during the week.  There will be plenty of hand-holding and guiding and making sure you're not getting stuck or swamped or shoving things back in the closet and slamming the door.  When you're in, you're in.  You can do this.

WILL I HAVE TO BUY A BUNCH OF ORGANIZING PRODUCTS?

No.  Absolutely not.  You do not need to fill your home with containers to have a home that functions for you.

Our focus in this sprint is on figuring out what you currently have in your home and what you'd like to have in your home. The things that make your life work, that remind you of who you are, that nourish you and make you feel like your favorite version of you and welcome you home.  Once you've made those decisions, we'll set it all up so that your home is functioning for you instead of fighting with you every time you open a drawer or a cupboard or a freakin' closet door.

If we discover a true gap, we’ll talk about what you might need (with measurements and a purpose).  We're not doing random container hauls.  Or filling our shopping cart with things designed to make the pantry look pretty.  Function first.  Always.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO GET RID OF EVERYTHING?

Then don't.  Here's the deal:  No one is making you live like a minimalist.  You've lived a life. You've accumulated stuff.  And when you're like, "A lot of this stuff isn't going anywhere,"  I hear you.

And yet.  If your home is feeling heavier than you want it to or you're starting to feel like your stuff is eating you alive, then some of that stuff has got to go.  But not all of it.  And not the things that matter.  If it’s significant, useful, or beloved, and you can't imagine your life without it?  It stays.  If it makes your daily life easier?  It stays.  If it’s just noise, we let it go.

The goal is a home that feels lighter, not empty and missing its soul.  A home that feels like you live there.  In color.

WILL MY WHOLE HOUSE BE DONE AT THE END OF 5 WEEKS?

Short answer: Maybe. It depends on you.

What determines the finish line in five weeks:  your starting point, how much there is to tackle, your decision speed, and how hard you work the plan during and between our sessions.

My part: I'll bring the method and the momentum.
Your part: You bring the reps.

Together, we push as far as possible. And at the end, we'll have done it or you'll leave knowing exactly how to finish.

  • WEEKLY PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS: Starting March 1 through March 31.
“Make it pretty” shoppers who want Pinterest aesthetics without changing how the home actually works.

Surface-fix seekers expecting big results without a full-system approach.  We're not just tweaking a closet or filling a couple of donation bags.  We're resetting your home so that the life you want to be living feels possible.

Hands-off clients who can’t commit to weekly sessions, weekday micro-tasks, and busy weekends during the sprint. If you’re not available to do the work now, this isn’t your moment.

People looking for “tough love.” I'll give it to you straight and not let you fiddle-faddle around, but this isn't a "boot camp" and I am not your drill sergeant.  I don't believe in shaming or forcing people to do things they don't want to do.

DIY tip collectors who just want hacks.  There are no hacks.  There's a process and a system.  There will be categorizing and decision-making and probably a fair bit of sweat (some of which may be leaking from the corner of your eye).

This is not for:

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Changing your home, changes your life.  This 5-week group sprint empowers you to do the thing you've been wanting to do and needing to do and avoiding doing.  Until now.
High-capacity, over-capacity women who are killing it at work but stuck at home.  You want a full reset, not another short-term fix.

Action-takers who want a plan and a simple process to follow.  You're in execute mode and would love for someone to map the project and show you the way.

Anyone who is anxious about facing the ghosts and wants confident, non-judgmental guidance to help them decide what to hold tightly to and when to let go.

Sprinters, not spectators. Ready to show up weekly and do the work.  I'm not gonna lie: sprinting is not easy.  But you're not doing it alone.  You'll have a lot of support.  And the payoff is a home that finally works for you.

Women who want life change, not just tidy drawers.  We're talking flow, access, and systems you can maintain.

This is for:

I hear this all the time: "Why does this feel so overwhelming when I’m competent in every other area of my life?"

Because your home isn’t just stuff. It’s your history. Your identity. Your emotions. All tangled up in piles and stacks and decisions you don’t have the bandwidth to make.

You’re not disorganized. You’re depleted.  You don’t want to come home and listen to your closets and cupboards and clutter screaming at you to "Do something already."  You want to come home and do nothing. Because you’ve been doing stuff all day.
And you'd like to be done for the night.

But.

You can’t carry on like this.

And your home can’t be the thing that takes you down.

This isn’t about tidying.  It’s about setting up your home to sustain the decisive, driven, "making things happen all over town" woman you are. Instead of sabotaging her.

Creating a home that is calm isn’t cute. It’s strength.

Rest isn’t indulgence. It’s leadership.

And your home should make it possible.

Because when your home finally gives you space to rest, you show up stronger in every part of your life.

And not for nothing: your colleagues, your family, your friends, and a whole bunch of people you will probably never have the chance to meet?  We need the best, most glimmering, most grounded you.

No more shame. No more “somedays.”

You can lead teams, manage deadlines, and balance a budget like you’re the lead choreographer for Cirque de Soleil.

But the closet where your toilet paper conspires with your wrapping paper and beach chairs to destroy you when you open the door?

That closet represents everything that is not exactly meeting expectations in your out-of-office life.

"It's the feeling of okay, I'm home.
I'm in my space.  I'm comfortable here.

I can relax.  I can unwind.

I can take a bath without fighting through piles of products to find what I'm looking for.”

"My closet looked like hot, choatic garbage and now it looks like Bloomingdales."

“I just feel better when I walk in the door. Like I can exhale."

Less managing.  More living.

Why do this with me?

Skill + vision + emotional intelligence.

I help you reframe how to think about your belongings, make smart, thoughtful decisions and what’s worth keeping and why.

Trusted expert, clear roadmap.

I untangle the chaos and give you a plan, a process, a structure, and a clear roadmap—doable, strategic, and sane.

A partner who leads .

You don’t need a set of extra hands.  Or someone to "help" you.  You need someone to lead.

I stand beside you, make the overwhelming feel possible, and you learn you can do this by doing it with me.

Permission, not pressure.

I don’t shame. I don’t rush. I don’t push purges. I listen. I guide.

Calm, focused guidance.

I’m not just a technician telling you what to do. I keep you present, making decisions, and protect the momentum.

Function over perfection.

This is not about making your home look like a minimalist magazine spread. It's not even about a dramatic before-and-after. It's about making space for your favorite life to live. And a home that feels like your home.

"Vivian's expertise in where to start and how to approach decisions was truly impressive.”

Still scrolling?  And reading?  And thinking about this?

Here are some signs that now is the time to jump.

If you felt the yes...

I get that.  You've been wanting to get your home in order for awhile, but you're not sure that now is the time.

And maybe it's not.

It's 5 weeks of weekends and weekdays.

It could be awesome. It will be work.

Only you know if you're ready.

You’re tired of rearranging the same piles and calling it progress.

You keep buying duplicates because you can’t find the first one.

Hosting (or even having the repair person over) requires a panic-clean.

Your space is “fine” on the surface, but the drawers/closets fight you daily.

Decisions stall you out; you want someone to lead and keep you moving.

A life moment is coming (move, reno, new job, new season) and you want to meet it ready.

You’re spending real time and money managing stuff instead of living.

You want a plan and a process you can run—without shame or perfection.

You’re willing to be seen, supported, and held to the finish line.

The idea of walking in the door and exhaling feels worth five focused weeks.

It's not about the pile by the door,
the bins under your bed,
or the 174 backup tote bags you keep “just in case.”

It's about your life.

And if your home feels like a storage unit for past versions of yourself
(or a warehouse for 100 imaginary futures)?

You’re not living. You’re managing.

Nobody gets their home in order because they adore folding sweaters. Or sorting through the piles of paper they've stacked up on the floor next to the desk. Or facing the ghosts of all the past lives they've got hanging in the closet.

You do it because you love what your home gives you when it’s done.

Space to breathe.
Room to rest.

The ability to get your suitcase out of the closet without disrupting the toilet paper and causing your shopping bag collection to avalanche on your head.

Your home isn’t just the place where you sleep and shower.

Your home is where you begin and end every day.

Home is where you put in your eyes
and put on your face
and put on your armor
before heading out into the world every day.

And it’s where you take it all off
and look at yourself in the mirror
when the day is done.

It’s where you rest and reconnect and remember who you are.

And where you mastermind what comes next.

Because that’s what leadership of your life looks like.

You can downplay it all you want, but you know that your home?
Is the most important place in your life.

This feeling you have that you’ve got to get your home in order?

It’s not about pretty. It’s about power.

It means you’re done letting your “stuff” sabotage your peace.

You are ready to take action.

To invest the time and energy.

To make the decisions you’ve been putting off for the day you “have more time.”

(big sigh)

That sliver of hope that bubbled up in your heart when you were reading this?

That’s your sign that now is the time.

To get your home back.
